Ms. Paolini-Mori devotes her practice to the area of trusts and estates, including wills, living trusts, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, probate administration, and trust administration. Ms. Paolini-Mori received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law in 1992, and her Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude from Georgetown University in 1989. She was born and raised in San Francisco and attended Convent of the Sacred Heart Elementary School and High School. She is a member of the California State Bar and the Trusts & Estates Section of the California State Bar.
As a second-generation attorney practicing in San Francisco, Ms. Paolini-Mori is dedicated to serving the Italian and the Italian-American community. She is fluent in Italian, and prepares Procure Generale and Procure Speciale (Italian Powers of Attorney) on behalf of clients.
